Fishing on the River Opala

The river Opala  flows in the southwest of Kamchatka mountainous region and falls into the Sea of Okhotsk. The river located in uninhabited area.
The transportation to the fishing place and back is possible only by helicopter.   During the rafting fishing is possible from either well-appointed base camp or from the inflatable rafts.
The distance of the fishing area is about 90 km. It is impossible to stay without a fish on this river, as it filled with a great variety of salmon and trout. Not far from the river the hot sources are located where you can swim. It’s one of the interesting route, which is suitable both the experienced fisherman and a man who wants to have an unforgettable rest. 
Program:
1 day. Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the recreation base, accommodation, resting and swimming in the pool with hot thermal water.
2 day.  Transportation by helicopter to the upper reaches Opala to the Verkhne- Opalinskye hot sources (the time in flight - 1 hour). The beginning of fishing and rafting. Overnight in the tents.
3-4-5-6-7 Rafting with fishing.  Excursion to the hot and cold thermal sources. In a case of good weather you’ll see a wonderful view of volcanoes. Rafting through the majestic mountains of the Sredinnyi  Khrebet along the river with rapids. This way is very  safe for the amateurs. Overnight in the tents.
 8 day. Transportation by helicopter (the time in flight - 1 hour) to the recreation base, accommodation, resting and swimming in the pool with hot thermal water.
9 day.  Excursion along the town. The visiting of Fish market. Shopping. Transfer to the airport Elizovo, taking-off from Kamchatka.

Price: 2250 $ per person

The transportation  to the fishing area is possible  only by helicopter. The price for flight in a helicopter isn’t included.  Now it’s about 35 000 to 42 000 rubles for 1 hour of flight on MI-8. The time of the flight is about 50-55 min on the back way on 15-20 min more.
Two guides service the group of fishermen from 2 till 8 persons. Besides the experienced guides, there is a cook. At the route you are offered fresh prepared dishes, delicious fish and meat, fruits, vegetables, biscuits, soft drinks, mushrooms and berries.
ATTENTION!!! The changes can be brought in the schedule by non-flying weather  in Petropavlosk-Kamchatsky. That’s why we recommend you to have some free days in case of non-flying weather.
