The river Tigil flows from the Northern part of the Sredinnyi Khrebet in the Northwest direction. It runs into Okhotsk sea. The current is average, many islands, rapids are not present. Water is pure. Rafting begins in the place of a confluence of the left tributary (river Chavicha).

The fish population of these reservoirs is numerous. The most of species of fishes are: rainbow trout, white-spotted char, Dolly Varden char (up to 4 kg.) Grayling is not present here. Among them species of Pacific salmon inhabit this territory: chum, pink salmon, sockeye, coho, Chinook and Kamchatka steelhead. The rafting route lies through forest and tundra. While rafting you can fish, gather berries and mushrooms on its banks and enjoy the picturesque view of spawning lake Chibis, old thrown Koryak’s place with holes for souring fishes on the river Tolstihinskaja. In settlement Esso you may swim in hot pool with thermal water (free of charge), and visit a Koryak Ethnographic museum.
